Limited-Time Promotional Pricing for PowerFax M-Series Fax Boards with Copia FaxFacts

San Diego, CA August 2, 1999- Commetrex Corporation announced today at Fax Directions/Messaging World '99 that until September 15, 1999 Commetrex will be offering a 20% discount on PowerFax M-Series fax boards for use with Copia International, Ltd.’s flagship product, FaxFacts ® Fax Server for Windows NT. Copia is also offering promotional pricing during the same period.

The Commetrex PowerFax M-T1™, winner of a Computer Telephony Editor’s Choice award, offers FaxFacts users the most bang for the buck. A T1 fax broadcast server using a Commetrex M-T1 fax board can be set up at about half the per-line cost of comparable hardware. The board has an integrated T1 digital trunk, six 50 MIPs DSPs, an on-board 386 processor, and an MVIP-compliant telephony interface.

Commetrex uses DSP technology to reduce the cost of multi-line fax boards by 50%. The PowerFax
M-Series includes 4-, 8-, and 24-port (T1) models. While cutting costs, the Commetrex boards do not sacrifice any of the reliability and performance associated with fax boards costing far more. Commetrex also boasts the highest fax machine connection rate in the industry.
