Hope you’re going to ITEXPO West 2012 in Austin (Oct. 2-5). We’ll be there in booth 722. If you’re an ITSP and trying to make FoIP work, save yourself some aggravation and come to see us since we have “FoIP in a box” for you.
You can learn about our ready-to-deploy rock-solid BladeWare Fax-to-Email and Email-to-Fax hosted solutions. These software products allow you to turn up hosted-fax services in a heartbeat. Then there’s Smart ATA, the only ATA that actually works reliably with service providers and carriers. And, it’s the only ATA that supports T.38 version 3 with V.34 in both G.711 pass-through and T.38 modes.
We want you to deploy lots of Smart ATAs, so you’ll need to have automatic configuration. But we won’t make you develop or otherwise acquire ACS; we’ve done it for you with Smart ACS, which we offer our Smart ATA customers at not charge. We also provide configuration support as a service if you don’t want to be bothered.
But, even with our products you’re going to have some FoIP problems. So, to help you diagnose them, we are introducing FaxTap for SIP, which picks up where Wireshark leaves off. FaxTaP will not only render the image for both G.711 and T.38 FoIP calls, it gives you in-depth analysis of the session, both for SIP and T.30. We are recruiting beta testers, so come by and ask about the program.
