Copia International is a fax server and fax-on-demand software provider. Copia offers CopiaFacts™, a suite of communications solutions comprised of FaxFacts®, VoiceFacts™, and E-MailFacts. Thousands of customers worldwide use Copia's FaxFacts® software to send and receive information by fax, VoiceFacts™ to provide custom IVR systems to interact with callers and E-MailFacts to notify and distribute information to customers via e-mail. The core product at Cycos is the unified communications suite mrs (message routing system). The mrs messaging functions with computer telephony applications, intelligent call and message distribution, voice portals, voice-controlled routing and multi-media contact center functionality. Empirix provides award-winning testing and monitoring products to ensure fulfillment of their customer’s technology investments. Empirix provides testing solutions across multiple markets – from testing in R&D labs through monitoring the end-user experience. Empirix uses Commetrex's Multi-Modal Terminating Fax in its Hammer test systems to test T.38 and G.711 pass-through fax in media servers and gateways.

eServGlobal produces software systems that connect telecommunications networks with the charging, billing, and payments worlds. Carriers use eServGlobal’s software to provide and charge for phone calls, value-added services, and advanced messaging in real time. GENBAND links the communications and financial aspects of telephony, instantly. Commetrex’ BladeWare™ Fax Media Server is embedded in eServGlobal’s service-provider platform to provide hosted e-fax services.

e-Telko is an innovative telecom introducing new ways to increase competitiveness among existing B2B operators. e-Telko has a market presence in the Poland and concentrates on developing telecommunication technology that enable advanced world-wide communications. eTelko has acquired Commetrex’s Fax Triangle, comprised of the Fax Modem Bundle, PowerRelay for T.38 and Multi-Modal Terminating Fax.

FrontRange Solutions develops software and solutions to manage a wide variety of business relationships and provide exceptional service. FrontRange product families are designed specifically for small-to-medium-enterprise (SME) and distributed-enterprise organizations. FrontRange has integrated Commetrex’s TerminatingT38 into its CRM systems.

GENBAND is a supplier of next-generation IP-gateway and application solutions that enable fixed wire line, mobile, and cable-network service providers to rapidly deploy new multimedia services. GENBAND’s M5 Application Server controls the BladeWare™ Fax Media Server via the SIP-based MSCML application-server-media-server protocol to provide fax-enabled unified messaging.

HelloSoft provides VoIP technologies for wire line and wireless devices. HelloSoft enables deployment of multi-mode wire line and wireless devices by providing highly optimized RISC-based VoIP software products for next-generation end-points. HelloSoft’s VoIP stack enables seamless hand-off between cellular and Wi-Fi networks for multi-mode handsets. IB Technologies provides IT turnkey project services from project management, software design and development, systems integration, installation and commissioning, and post installation maintenance. IB Technologies uses BladeWare to provide IP-based fax solutions to the Southeast Asian service-provider market.

Iperia’s, service creation platform technology, serves both service providers (wire line, wireless, and broadband) and enterprise companies worldwide. Iperia’s enterprise platform allows the integration of new and existing applications into a voice-enabled framework. Kapsch’s service offering comprises the complete range of modern communication networks: from fixed, mobile and data networks via broadband communication, Internet solutions, next neneration networks, UMTS up to service enabling and mediation platforms. Kapsch CarrierCom has incorporated Commetrex’ BladeWare™ HMP Media Server as part of Kapsch CarrierCom´s Mississippi hosted VoIP network architecture.

Netergy Microelectronics, Inc., a subsidiary of 8x8, Inc., develops, manufactures and sells voice-and-video-over-packet semiconductors, software, and tailored design services that enable OEMs to rapidly develop reliable, low-cost, customer-premises equipment. New Rock Technologies, Inc., is a manufacturer of VoIP equipments and next generation IMS communication solutions. New Rock offers VoIP products including IP-PBX, voice access gateway, trunking gateway, SIP service platform, and network element management system. New Rock’s customers are service providers, enterprises, system integrators, and independent software vendors. RingCentral helps small businesses stay connected with their customers. RingCentral’s enterprise-class suite of features includes toll-free and local numbers with multiple extensions and dial-by-name directory, click-to-call, worldwide call routing, visual voicemail, and Internet fax. RingCentral uses BladeWareFMS in its unified messaging systems.

ShoreTel provides enterprise IP telephony solutions. ShoreTel's distributed software architecture and switched-based hardware platform extend enterprise-class voice services to every office and outpost, keeping employees fully connected wherever they go. Incorporated in ShoreTel’s product solution is Commetrex’ Fax Modem Bundle that provides PSTN fax termination. The benefits to ShoreTel’s customers include the ability to send and receive faxes from a server to any gateway or Internet-ready fax terminal, that is integrated into ShoreTel’s customer systems, providing the highest interoperability available.

SoftRISC Communication Solutions, Inc. provides highly optimized media-processing and related communications software applications on RISC platforms. SoftRISC is making Commetrex' market-leading technologies available on various RISC processors through a joint technology-marketing partnership between the two companies. The combination of Commetrex' field-deployed, robust solutions and SoftRISC's expertise in implementing communication applications on RISC processors has produced a complete fax modem and T.38 fax relay solution now available on ARM9E & Intel's XScale platforms.

Tensilica offers a broad line of controller, CPU and specialty DSP processors on the licensed-IP market in both an off-the-shelf format via the Diamond Standard Series cores and with full designer configurability with the Xtensa processor family. Commetrex proven telephony media technologies give Tensilica’s OEM customers a complete off-the-shelf solution for products requiring built-in fax and voice capabilities.
