Commetrex develops and markets technologies and
products that reduce the time-to-market and development costs of the communications system
developer. Until recently, the Company has derived the bulk of its revenues from licensed
technologies that primarily involve digital signal processor (DSP) software.

that make up Open Telecommunications Framework’, a comprehensive communications product
platform that includes BladeWareTM, our HMP media serveras well as our MSP product line of telephony hardware.

Salary will be consistent with industry norms at the candidate’s educational and experience level. recent grads to several years experience. This is an opportunity to work closely with a

Position Summary
The Software Engineers who fill these positions will be responsible for system-level
software development. Additionally, all members of the technical staff work with the
Company's OEM and service-provider customers in solving problems related to the
customer's development efforts. Initial assignments will be the development of
BladeWare, a host-media-processing telephony-middeware product that is taking the
industry by storm. Some light travel may be required.
Specific Responsibilities
- Design and implement multiline telecom software products to be sold to telecom OEMs and service providers.
- Support OEM customers.

This position requires a strong software-development background. You must also have a
strong work ethic, a desire to achieve and to be an integral part of a professional team, yet
take pride in your personal accomplishment. Successful candidates will be "make-ithappen"

Specific Requirements
- A bachelor or masters degree in computer science, electrical engineering
